Three questions to put to your AV vendor before approving anything.
What is the native resolution of the wall as configured? Not the panel spec. The actual pixel count of the assembled wall, because your content team needs that number to build slides that are not stretched.
What is the power requirement and is backup included? LED walls draw real power. Confirm the supply, the distribution, and what happens when the venue’s mains drop.
Who is on site running it? A wall without an operator is a very expensive static image. Make sure a technician is in the quote for the full event, not just the load-in.
